Artscape Festival

Artscape is the annual fine arts and crafts festival sponsored by the Council of the Arts, Inc. One Saturday in September artists gather at beautiful Lakeside Park in Pell City, Alabama, to display and sell their work at this family event. The festival shares its name with the Council of the Arts cooperative gallery, Artscape, in downtown Pell City. This year's festival is September 19th, 2009.
